Exchange & Return Policy
1. Exchange & Return Period
Customers may request an exchange or return within 3 days from the date of receiving their order.
2. General Conditions
· Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
· Customers are responsible for the delivery cost in the event of an exchange or return, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
· If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer may request an exchange or return within 3 days. The store will cover all associated shipping costs.
· If the returned item is found to be free of defects, the customer will be responsible for return and reshipping costs.
4. Order Cancellation or Non-Receipt
If an order is canceled after dispatch, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
· If the order is not received due to customer inaction or providing incorrect contact information, the customer will be charged for return shipping.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges
· Return or exchange shipping costs will be either deducted from the refund or retained as a balance with the customer, depending on the reason for the return.
· Standard rates:
o 20 SAR for orders up to 15 kg.
o 1 SAR per additional kg for weights above 15 kg.
o Volumetric weight applies for large or bulky items.
6. Processing Time
· Exchanges or returns may take up to 7 working days.
· Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
7. Working Days
· Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays and weekends.
8. Agreement
Submitting a return or exchange request indicates that the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
