Exchange & Return Policy
1. Exchange & Return Period
Customers may request an exchange or return within 3 days from the date of receiving their order.
2. General Conditions
\u00b7 Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
\u00b7 Customers are responsible for the delivery cost in the event of an exchange or return, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
\u00b7 If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer may request an exchange or return within 3 days. The store will cover all associated shipping costs.
\u00b7 If the returned item is found to be free of defects, the customer will be responsible for return and reshipping costs.
4. Order Cancellation or Non-Receipt
If an order is canceled after dispatch, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
\u00b7 If the order is not received due to customer inaction or providing incorrect contact information, the customer will be charged for return shipping.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges
\u00b7 Return or exchange shipping costs will be either deducted from the refund or retained as a balance with the customer, depending on the reason for the return.
\u00b7 Standard rates:
o 20 SAR for orders up to 15 kg.
o 1 SAR per additional kg for weights above 15 kg.
o Volumetric weight applies for large or bulky items.
6. Processing Time
\u00b7 Exchanges or returns may take up to 7 working days.
\u00b7 Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
7. Working Days
\u00b7 Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays and weekends.
8. Agreement
